The Lowdown
This 23-year old may call herself "bobo" (unintelligent) – failing subjects in high school and college and being a teacher’s board non-passer – but her dancing skills has helped her tide her way through life. This aspiring actress was able to finish college, thanks to a cultural scholarship she’s earned through her exceptional dancing prowess. Her talent has also won her (and her group) several dancing competitions, which earned her enough to buy her family three pedicabs. To further aid her stay-at-home mom and pedicab driver dad, Saicy also works as a dance instructor.
